摘要
运用结构熵评价理论,提出评价组织结构内信息流有序度的时效质量分析模型,从信息有序度的角度对组织结构的灵捷性进行评价,并对两种组织结构:M-型和U-型的结构有序度做出评价,分析了组织层次、跨度、分权对组织结构灵捷性的影响。
Based on the theory of structure entropy,an analyze model, which is used to evaluate the order degree of organization structure on information flow, is put forward. In this model, two concepts, timeeffect and quality of information flow,are established. By means of Time EffectQuality Model, it is possible to optimize and quantitatively evaluate the organization structure. Then, the order degree of two types of organization structure, called Mmodel structure and Umodel structure, are calculated and analyzed.
