摘要
为讨论信息对企业的作用及企业的信息处理能力 ,本文首先推导在信息绝对平衡状态下的信息效应指数公式 ,进而综合考虑自然扩散和准强制性推广两种因素 ,推导出非平衡的稳态即恒定激励状态下的信息流公式。通过对上述两个公式的分析 ,归纳企业在两种状态下对内外部信息通透性的特点。
In order to discuss the effects of information on the enterprise as well as the information disposing ability of it, this article first deducts the information effect index formula under a stable absolute balance state, then colligates two effects which are spontaneous diffusion and quasi-coercive promotion, and deducts the information flow formula under an imbalance steady state, namely invariable inspiration state. Through the analysis of two formulae above, we conclude the information penetration characteristics of an enterprise in these two states,both inside and outside.
