摘要
结合多系统冰箱串并联节点处毛细管喷发噪音案例,分别分析了毛细管直接插入回气管和间接插入回气管两种连接方式喷发噪音产生的原因,并对此分别进行优化设计,结果显示优化后冷媒噪音的波动度由原来的4 dB下降至1 dB以下。同时文中指出为降低喷发噪音的波动度,在毛细管和回气管连接处,要保证毛细管末端有足够的喷发空间。对于毛细管直接插入回气管连接方式,需要确保毛细管插入段位于回气管中心。对多系统冰箱串并联节点毛细管末端喷发噪音的分析和优化,为今后冷媒喷发噪音改善提供了一定方向。
Combined with the cases of the refrigerants flow noise of two kind pipes,which happened at Series Parallel Connection Node of Multi-System Refrigerator,the reasons of causing refrigerants flow noise are analyzed.And above two kinds of pipe are optimized,respectively.The result shows that fluctuation noise of two pipe style decline from 4 dB to 1 dB.In order to reduce the fluctuation of eruption noise,enough eruption space should be ensured at outlet side of capillary,where capillary and suction pipe connect.About the pipe of capillary inserted suction pipe directly,capillary need locating at center of suction pipe.Above result of the refrigerants flow noise at Series Parallel Connection Node of Multi-System Refrigerator can supply one direction for refrigerants flow noise improvement.
