摘要
对D501树脂在钨、钼分离中的应用和防止高酸度下钨酸沉淀进行了研究。采用静态法研究了温度、酸度、时间、料液浓度对树脂吸附钨、钼的影响,测定了吸附速率常数和吸附反应的热力学函数;采用动态法测定了树脂的饱和吸附容量,研究了接触时间,m(Mo)/m(WO3)对分离效率的影响及钨、钼在D501树脂上的解吸特性。结果表明,当料液中加入钨质量9%的H2O2,pH=1时,用D501树脂吸附可使钨、钼得到较好的分离。当料液中m(Mo)/m(WO3)=3.65×10-4,树脂床体积10mL,吸附流速为10mL/h时,一定体积段的吸附流出液中,钼、钨分离效率可达95%。
Separation of molybdenum from tungsten solution and prevention precipitation of tungsten in high acidic medium are investigated. Effect of solution acidity, contact time, temperature, concentrate of molybdenum and tungsten in solution on adsorption performance of the resin are examined. Some parameters, such as adsorption rate constant, adsorption capacity and thermodynamics constant are determined. The influences of m(Mo)/m(WO3),contact time on separation efficiency of molybdenum from tungsten are also studied and mechanism of adsorption as well as elution are discussed. The results show that the separation efficiency of molybdenum from tungsten can reach 95% when pH=1,m(Mo)/m(WO3)=3.65×10-4,flow velocity of solution =10 mL/h and m(H2O2)/m(WO3)=0.09.
