摘要
介绍了溶剂萃取分离铀钼的方法及原理。针对某铀钼矿浸出液的特点进行了分步萃取法分离铀、钼的研究。条件及台架试验结果表明,采用三脂肪胺(TFA)先萃取钼、钼负载有机相经硫酸溶液洗涤除铀、反萃取后所得钼反萃取液中铀钼质量比降至0.0001,铀钼得到有效分离;钼萃余水相再经三脂肪胺萃取提铀,可实现铀的回收。
The method and principle of separation of uranium and molybdenum by solvent extraction were introduced, and the fractional extraction separation of U-Mo was studied in view of the charac- teristics of the ore leach liquor. The results of conditional experiment and bench test show that after extracting molybdenum by amine(TFA), and then washed with sulfuric acid solution to remove urani- um from loaded organic phase, at last the mass ratio of U:Mo was fell to 0. 0001 in the strip solution, uranium and molybdenum were obtained effective separation. Extraction uranium from molybdenum raffinate by amine was carried out to recovery uranium.
