摘要
在气固两相流磨损试验台上试验研究了气固两相流对 3种材质钢板的磨损率 ,并对不同冲击速度和不同冲击角下的磨损率进行了对比。试验结果表明 :在同样条件下钢板磨损率由小到大依次为 1 2Cr1MoV ,1 6Mn ,Q2 35 ;磨损率与气固两相流冲击速度的 2 .2 5次方成正比 ;最大磨损角1 2Cr1MoV钢板为 2 0 ,1 6Mn钢板为 2 5 ,Q2 35钢板约为 30 。
Study on wear rate of three kinds of steel plates in gas-solid two phase flow is performed on the test bed.Comparison is carried out on wear rate of different impact speed and angle.Test result shows that:under the same condition,the wear rate of steel plate in the proper order is 12Cr1MoV,16Mn,Q235;The wear rate is directly proportional to the equation of 2.25th degree of gas-solid two phase flow impact speed.The max. wear angle of 12Cr1MoV steel plate is 20,of 16Mn steel plate is 25,of Q235 steel plate is approximate 30.
