摘要
上海石化延迟焦化装置焦炭塔出口大油汽管的三通、弯管及分支管冲蚀严重,通过常温测厚,安排季度高温测厚的方法,对弯头、三通等部位进行跟踪检测,寻找出了薄弱环节。并对其腐蚀原因进行分析,认为是由于湍流冲蚀和高硫腐蚀二者交互叠加作用造成的,建议提高材料等级,大油汽管线宜选用1Cr5Mo合金钢。
The tees and laterals of outlet oil vapor pipelines of coke drum in Shanghai Petrochemical Company suffered from severe erosion. Analyses indicated that the erosion corrosion resulted from the combined effect of turbulent erosion and high-temperature sulfur corrosion. It is suggested that the materials should be upgraded to 1Cr5Mo steel to solve this problem.
