摘要
运用力学原理,详细分析了纺纱时钢领上钢丝圈产生外倾、外脚超前及整体前倾现象。指出钢丝圈纺纱时所处位置决定于其作用力产生的平衡力矩,其位置倾斜角可按力学方法列式计算,为设计钢丝圈提供了依据。
The position taken up by the traveler on the ring during spinning is resulted from a balance of the moment of forces acting on the traveler,then the oblique angle can be given by mathemtical expression according to mehcanic method.It is specially shown in this paper that the moving down taken up by the outside toe of the traveler belongs to mechanic planemotion,and the oblipue angles may be found by kinetic method,for info of designing the travellers.
