摘要
针对目前棉纺织企业在生产中使用普通钢领存在的成纱毛羽偏多、钢领使用寿命偏短、走熟期长、纺纱产质量不高等问题,对目前出现的一些新型钢领,如亚光钢领、镀铬钢领、合金钢领、轴承钢领和进口钢领等,结合实验数据进行理论分析,探讨这些新型钢领的工作机理以及影响成纱质量的作用机理。
At present, many problems exist in textile enterprises caused by using common nng SUCh as high yarn fairness, short service life of ring, long term of ring transition and low quality and output of yarn. Based on experiment data, the theoretical studies about some new rings including sub -ray ring, chromeplate ring, alloy ring, axletree ring and import ring were conducted and working mechanism of new rings and mechanism affecting the quality of yarn were explored.
