摘要
为了降低碾米的碎米率,应当根据稻谷原料性质及碎米率的预测,合理制定碾米工艺和调整操作 基于假设和通过单机碾米试验,可用作图法或解析法绘制碾米工艺特性图,据此可以预测各种稻谷原料在不同碾米工艺和操作条件下的碎米率.碾米碎米率的预测结果与通过碾米工艺试验所得实测结果相比,各试料的预测误差因试料不同而有差异,但预测值基本上都大于实测值,预测和实测的碎米率变化趋势基本一致,且两者高度相关.若根据稻谷原料性质及回归分析结果等对预测值进行修正。
In order to reduce the broken rice rate in rice milling process,reasonable rice milling craft and relevant operational conditions should be established in accordance with the properties of rough rice and the estimation of broken rice rate.On the basis of hypothesis and experiment on the single rice miller,by graphical construction or analytical method,the rice milling craft characteristic chart can be mapped out,then,broken rice rates of different kind of rough rice,and under different milling crafts and operational conditions can be estimated.Making a comparison between the actual measurement value of broken rice rate got from rice milling technological procedure test and the estimated value,we discovered the estimated value error has something to do with test samples,by and large,the estimated value is bigger than the actual measurement value,and the change of the two values are showing the almost same tendency,and on intimate terms with each other.We believed,the accuracy of estimated value of broken rice rate will be increased after the value is corrected according to properties of rough rice and regression analysis results.
