Interaction of Polarons in Coupled Quantum Dots

摘要 采用幺正变换及变分相结合的方法,研究了无限深势阱中耦合球型量子点中极化子的相互作用.对Cd Se耦合量子点的数值计算结果表明:耦合球型量子点中两量子点半径相等时,极化子之间的相互作用能随两个量子点中心距离的增大而减小;当两个量子点中心距离保持不变时,极化子的相互作用能随单个或两个量子点半径的增大而降低. The method of variation and unitary transformation was used to study the interaction on polarons in cou-pled quantum dots in infinite potential well. The numerical results for CdSe coupled quantum dots indicate that the interaction energy of polarons in coupled quantum dots decreases with the distance of center of quantum dots increas-ing when two quantum radii are identical, and decreases with the radius of one quantum dot or two quantum dots in-creasing when the distance of center of quantum dots remains unchanged.
