摘要
本研究釆用多烟团预测模式定性分析尿素项目的最大可信事故(硫化氢、液氨和甲醇输送管线泄漏事故,液氨、甲醇和甲醛的贮罐泄漏事故),确定有毒有害气体扩散范围,比较硫化氢、液氨、甲醇输送管线泄漏和液氨、甲醇、甲醛贮罐泄漏的半致死浓度范围,确定尿素项目的最大风险事故为液氨储罐泄漏。经计算得出液氨泄露泄漏事故风险值为5.9×10-5/年,环境风险在化工行业风险值可接受水平范围内。
In this study,preclude the use of multi- prediction mode puff qualitative analysis of the maximum credible accident Urea Project( hydrogen sulfide,ammonia and methanol pipelines leaking tank spill accident,liquid ammonia,methanol and formaldehyde) to determine the spread of the poisonous gas comparison of hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,methanol and ammonia pipelines leak,methanol,formaldehyde tank leaked lethal concentration range,determine the maximum risk of accidents ammonia urea project is leaking tank. Calculated by liquid ammonia accident risk is 5. 9 × 10- 5accident in the chemical industry,the level of risk within the range of acceptable values.
