摘要
根据液氨的特性,对合成氨厂液氨储罐区氨泄漏的环境风险进行了分析。首先分析了液氨储罐泄漏扩散的过程和事故后果模式,确定了合成氨厂液氨储罐区的危险点;然后举例预测合成氨厂液氨储罐泄漏后在D、E大气稳定度下液氨扩散范围及半致死浓度、立即致死浓度范围。该研究可供我国合成氨装置的风险评估参考,也为预防液氨泄漏事故发生和液氨泄漏事故预警提供了参考,同时为全国的合成氨项目和化工项目的选址环境可行性分析提供了新的思路。
This paper analyzes the environmental risk about the liquid ammonia tank leakage in the synthetic ammonia plant according to the characteristics of the liquid ammonia. Firstly,it analyzes the leakage diffusion process and accident consequence patterns of the liquid ammonia tank, and ascertains the hazard sources of ammonia tank area in the synthetic ammonia plant. Secondly, as a example, it predicts the diffusion scope of liquid ammonia in the atmosphere stability of D and E, and the scope of semi-lethal concentration, immediately lethal concentration. This study may provide references for the risk assessment of liquid tank in China, for the prevention leakage accidents and accidents' early warning ; and at the same time,it may also provide a new thought for the environment feasibility of location in the synthetic ammonia and chemical projects in China.
