摘要
本文选择世界著名科技创新与政策研究机构———英国Sussex大学科技政策研究所 (SPRU) ,对其科研选题进行案例研究。借助WordSmithTools词频分析软件 ,我们对该机构近年来出版的 1 0 0 3篇 (部 )论文及著作的目录进行分析 ,通过对词及词组出现频次的计量 ,凸显出研究选题的范围与特色。对国际著名科技创新与科技政策研究机构的工作进行扫描 ,定位世界范围内该领域的前沿 ,捕捉研究热点 ,了解其研究思路和研究方法 ,对于拓展我国科技创新与科技政策研究者的视野 ,丰富研究方法 。
SPRU (Science and Technology Policy Research, University of Sussex) is one of the world leaders in policy research on science, technology and innovation. This article is a case study on SPRU's research themes. The data is the themes of more than one thousand papers (books, reports) published by SPRU's staff from 1996 to 2000. Using WordSmith Tools, we analyzed the frequency of the words and phrases in the themes, showing the scope and characteristics of their research topics. It is necessary to scan the work of foreign research organizations for S&T and innovation policy, to focus their academic frontier, to catch what's hot and know about the new ideas and approaches. These scans will widen the fields of Chinese scholars and policymakers, enrich the methodology and improve our scientific research.
