摘要
针对我国传统牧草收贮工艺落后、营养成分损失严重等问题,研制出适应市场需求的新型圆草捆缠膜机,对秸秆、牧草圆草捆进行缠膜青贮。为此,阐述了9YM-1.5型圆草捆缠膜机的总体结构及工作原理,对缠膜平台、旋转臂系统、切膜机构、薄膜卷退卷装置穿膜方案、膜卷拉伸薄膜的预拉伸量及缠膜重叠系数进行了结构设计和参数确定。试验结果表明:本机结构设计合理,缠膜平台转速与旋转臂转速的转速比接近1,缠膜机缠绕草捆的薄膜重叠率是基本均匀的;草捆缠膜时间约为1min,成包率为100%,纯工作小时生产率为60捆/h,各项指标均达到设计要求。
To solving the problems of poor storage technology of traditional forage grass and serious loss of nutrients,a new round bale wrapper was developed to meet with market demands,straw,forage grass bales were wrapped and silage.Therefore,the overall structure and working principle of the type 9 YM-1.5 round bale wrapper machine are described.Structures were designed and parameters were determined for the wrapped platform,the rotating arm system,the cutting mechanism,the film-through program of the film roll unwinding device,the pre-stretching amount of the stretch film of the film roll,and the overlapping coefficient of wrapping film.The experiment results indicated that the structure design of the machine was reasonable,the ratio of the rotational speed of the wrap-around platform to the rotational speed of the rotating arm was close to 1,it was found that the film overlap ratio of the wrapping machine wrapped with the bale was basically uniform.The wrapping time of the bale was about 1 min,the package rate was 100%,the pure working hour productivity was 60 bundles per hour,and all indicators met the design requirements.
