摘要
扭王块是20世纪80年代引进吸收ACCROPODE发展而来,在国内已有大量成熟的工程案例,但其设计和施工理念仍停留在初始阶段,这给扭王块的海外应用和推广造成一定困难,也给防护质量埋下了隐患。通过调研国外人工块体的相关经验,对扭王块设计理论进行了对比分析,对预制验收进行补充和丰富,对安装技术细则和安装系统、设备进行了规定,研发了扭王块点位计算程序,建立与国际接轨的基于英标要求的扭王块设计、预制和安装成套技术,在工程中得到成功应用。
Chinese-pode was developed from the introduction of ACCROPODE in the 1980s.There are lots mature projects in China,but its design and construction concepts are still in the initial stage,which makes it difficult for overseas promotion,and also buries potential quality risk.Through investigating relevant experience of overseas blocks,this paper compares design therory,supplements and enriches the acceptance of Chinese-pode prefabrication,stipulates the installation technical rules,installation system and equipment,develops the calculation program of point position,and establishes a complete set of technology of Chinese-pode design,prefabrication and installation based on BS-EN requirements,which is in line with international standards,and has been successfully applied in engineering.
