摘要
为提高三七机械化播种质量,设计了一种与播种机配套的自走式三七基质平整机。在对其核心部件'圆盘耙组'进行结构设计的基础上,用光滑粒子流体力学(SPH)方法建立了'圆盘耙-土壤'有限元模型,借助ls-dyna软件进行虚拟仿真,分析了圆盘耙的受力情况。设计了三因素五水平二次回归正交旋转组合的虚拟仿真试验,以机具前进速度、工作转速和偏置角为试验因素,切削阻力为试验指标,利用Design-Expert软件对试验结果进行响应曲面分析,最终确定阻力最小的最优参数组合为机具前进速度15m/min,工作转速101r/min,偏置角为11°。此时,所受阻力为1 298.339N。
In order to improve the quality of slot sowing of notoginseng,a self-moving matrix leveling machine is designed,and the main parts of the'disc harrow group'is designed,The finite element model of disc harrow-soil is established based on the smooth particle hydrodynamics(SPH)method,The LS-DYNA software is used to virtual simulate the preparation land phase,and the stress state of harrow is analyzed.The virtual simulation experiment of three factors quadratic orthogonal regression rotation is designed,take the advancing speed,working speed and offset angle as the experimental factors,the cutting resistance as the experimental indexes,the response surface analysis of the test results is carried out by using Design-Expert software,The results of simulation test show that the optimum parameters are as follows:the advance speed of the machine is 14.344 m/min,the working speed is 100.972 r/min,and the bias angle is 10.243°.
