摘要
目的突破竹基材料在食品包装产业化中的技术瓶颈,构建可持续的以竹代塑材料体系,为实现食品包装绿色转型与碳中和目标提供理论支撑及技术路径。方法基于核心竹基材料的分类,分析竹基材料在抗菌保鲜、阻隔性能和力学性能等方面的研究进展。结论竹基材料逐渐成为替代石油基塑料的可行性方案。然而,其吸湿性强导致的阻湿性能衰减、热塑加工中的纤维降解及全生命周期成本控制构成产业化核心瓶颈。未来需通过微纳结构调控、绿色加工工艺创新与政策驱动,加速其在食品包装领域的规模化应用,支撑“双碳”目标下包装产业的可持续发展。
The work aims to overcome the technical bottlenecks hindering the industrialization of bamboo-based materials in food packaging,establish a sustainable bamboo instead of plastic material system,and provide theoretical foundations and technological pathways for achieving green transformation in food packaging and carbon neutrality goals.Based on the classification of core bamboo-based materials,the research progress of bamboo-based materials in antibacterial preservation,barrier properties,and mechanical properties were analyzed.The conclusion shows that bamboo-based materials are gradually becoming a feasible alternative to petroleum-based plastics.However,their industrialization is constrained by core bottlenecks,including the decline in moisture barrier performance due to strong hygroscopicity,fiber degradation during thermoplastic processing,and life-cycle cost control.In the future,it is necessary to accelerate their large-scale application in the food packaging field through micro-nano structure regulation,innovation in green processing technologies, and policy-driven measures, so as to support the sustainable development of thepackaging industry under the "double carbon" goals.
