摘要
本文以绿茶为原料,与水浸泡后先冻结,再用微波快速融解提取茶色素,研究发现在茶色素的提取过程中,微波辐射功率、时间、茶叶与水的比例(简称固液比)均对茶色素的提取产生影响,其中茶色素最佳的提取条件为:8 min的微波辐射时间,中火档,1:15(g/m L)的固液比。
This paper used green tea as raw material, which was soaked with water, then froze, and melt rapidly with microwave radiation to extract tea pigment. The study was found that the extraction rate of tea pigment was influenced by microwave radiation power and radiation time, tea and water ratio(solid-liquid ratio) in the extraction process of tea pigment, which the extraction condition of the highest yield of tea pigment was 8 min microwave irradiation time, Medium fire and 1:15(g/mL) Solid-liquid ratio.
