摘要
研究了山茱萸多糖PFCAⅢ的抗氧化性能。利用烘箱法研究多糖对油脂的抗氧化活性 ,结果表明水提山茱萸多糖PFCAⅢ可有效抑制植物油氧化 ;利用Fenton反应检测多糖PFCAⅢ对羟基自由基 (·OH)的清除作用 ,当清除率达 5 0 %时所需浓度为 4 30mg/L ;通过邻苯三酚自氧化反应检测PFCAⅢ对超氧阴离子自由基 (O-2 ·)的清除能力 ,当PFCAⅢ的添加浓度为 10 0mg/L时清除率为 2 1 5 %。
Polysaccharide PFCAⅢ was isolated from Fructus corni through water extraction, deproteining, ethanol precipitating, DEAE cellulose chromatography and Sephadex G 200 chromatography. The polysaccharide showed activities of oxidation resistance to axunge and gingili and also showed scavenging actions to hydroxyl free radical (·OH) generated by Fenton reaction and to superoxide anion (O - 2·) generated by a pyrogallol autoxidation system. The scavenging activity to hydroxyl free radical was represented by the content of scavenging 50% of all radicals ( E c 50 ). The E c 50 of PFCAⅢ to ·OH was 430?mg/L. The scavenging rate of PFCAⅢ to O - 2· was 21 5% when its concentration reached 100?mg/L. The results indicated that it was possible for the polysaccharide to be widely used in the industry of food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical in the future.
