花叶开唇兰清除活性氧作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨花叶开唇兰的活性氧清除作用。方法:制备花叶开唇兰水提液(ARE)、石油醚提取部位(AP)、氯仿提取部位(AC)、乙醇提取部位(AE)和水提取部位(AW),分别用NBT光化还原法、Fenton反应法和钼酸铵显色分光光度法检测对O2·-、·OH及H2O2活性氧的清除作用。结果:ARE对O2·-、·OH具有清除作用,曲线为抛物线型,EC50分别为1.72mg/ml和1.94mg/ml;ARE对H2O2无明显清除作用。AW对O2·-和·OH的清除作用明显高于AP、AC和AE。结论:花叶开唇兰具有清除O2·-和·OH的能力,活性主要存在于其水提取部位中。 Object: To evaluate the ability on scavenging of reactive oxygen species by Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lind. Methods: preparation aqueous extraction of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl. (ARE), extractions by petroleum(AP), chloroform(AC), ethanol(KE) and water(AW) of Anoectoehilus roxburghii(Wall.) Lindl. The scavenging of O2^-、·OH and H2O2 was estimated separately by methods based on nitro blue terra-zolium photochemical reduction, Fenton reaction and spectrophotometric assay. Results: ARE had capacity of scavenging O2^- and·OH generated separately by system of NBT photochemical reduction and Fenton reaction. The EC50 for ARE was separately 1.72mg/ml and 1.94mg/ml. while the capacity of scavenging H2O2 was low. The capacity of scavenging O2^- and·OH by AW was obviously higher than by AP, AC and AE. Conclusion: The extraction from Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.) Lindl. had ability of scavenging O2^- and·OH and the ability has been assigned to AW mainly.
