摘要
入学教育是高校教育教学活动中一个不可缺少的组成部分。新形势下,明确入学教育的任务、掌握入学教育的特点、充实入学教育的内容、把握新生入学教育的基本原则十分重要。学生工作干部要紧紧抓住帮助新生顺利完成从高中生转变为大学生的角色转变这一基本问题,不断探索与研究低年级学生工作的规律,有效开展教育工作。
Entrance education is an essential part of teaching and education activities in colleges and universities. In the new situations, it is very important to specify the tasks of entrance education, to master its characteristics, to enrich its contents, to command the basic rules in it. Cadres of students' affairs must help freshmen change from high school students to college students, continue to explore and study the rules in lowgrade students' affairs, and carry on effective studentsrelated work.
