摘要
近年来我国高等院校学生中独生子女数量和比例明显增加,他们入学后有许多不适应,这些不适应给学习、生活、工作等带来的负面影响很大。因此,使新生尽快适应正常的学习生活显得迫在眉睫。本文试从新生的生存环境、角色转换、人际关系、心理状态以及学习方法的变化等方面,分析不适应的原因,提出一系列解决问题的建议。
Recently, due to the increasing number of only child in universities, the related problems occur. For instance, many freshmen cannot adjust to the new surroundings, which has a bad influence on the students' lives and studies. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to make freshmen adjust to the normal lives on campuses. The author tries to analyse the causes of the existing problems from various aspects---- their surroundings, changes of their roles, relationship, psychological factors and improvement of study methods. Consequently, the author manages to put forward some advice to settle the problems.
