摘要
师本管理是把教师作为学校办学的根本,把教师当作“人”而非工具、注重教师发展的管理,是对传统的“事(物)本,“权(官)本”管理的摒弃,师本管理的提出是时代变革与发展的必然,究其原因有三:人类管理发展历程表明管理重心正经历着从“管”到“理”的转移;现代企业管理理论发展历史证明,管理理念正经历着从“物”到“人”的变革;知识经济时代对人才的更高要求,使教育使命发生深刻的变化———从培养工具人到培养具有创造性的主体人。
By teacher -centered management,we mean a teacher is basic to the running of a school and should be regarded as a person but not as a too l.It focuses on the management of a te acher' s development,and discards the traditional thing -centered and pow er -centered management.This paper suggests three reasons for the advan cement of teacher -centered management:th e developmental process of man' s management shows that the focus of m an-agement is changing into the managem ent with reason;the developmental h istory of modern theory of business management shows that the managemen t idea is changing from thing to man;t he high demand on talents placed by knowledge economics age has made gre at changes in the educational missio n---from the training of a tool to a man and still to a subject person with cre ativity.
