摘要
目的探讨静默疗法与抚触在高龄白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取80例高龄白内障手术患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组的患者进行常规的术前访视及护理,研究组的患者于术前一天下午访视时、术前30 min进行放松训练,对两组患者的焦虑评分、收缩压和心率的波动幅度、手术配合度及患者对手术室护理工作的满意度进行比较。结果研究组与对照组在术前1日、访视前的焦虑评分、收缩压和心率的波动幅度差异无统计学意义。对照组手术前5 min的焦虑评分高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。对照组离开手术室时的收缩压、心率的波动幅度高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组患者对手术的配合度和对手术室护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论静默疗法与抚触可以缓解高龄白内障手术患者的焦虑情绪,减轻心理及生理应激,提高患者对手术的配合度和对手术室护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of silent therapy and touch in elderly patients during cataract surgery. Methods Eighty-eight patients with cataract surgery from October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent routine preoperative visits and nursing,and patients in the experimental group did relaxing exercise during the afternoon visit and 30 minutes before surgery. The anxiety scores,systolic blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations,surgical fit and patient satisfaction with operating room care were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety score,the amplitude of pressure and heart rate between the experimental group and the control group one day before surgery. The anxiety score of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group 5 minutes before surgery. The difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). The fluctuation of systolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients in control group was higher than that of the experimental group when they leave the operating room,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The cooperation and satisfaction degree of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Silent therapy and touching can alleviate anxiety in elderly patients with cataract surgery,reduce psychological and physiological stress,and improve patient cooperation degree of the surgery and satisfaction with operating room care.
