摘要
目的分析5年间眼科医院白内障手术一般情况。方法回顾性分析2011至2015年期间湖南省16家眼科医院白内障手术病历共98 371例。对计量资料采用Wilcoxon秩和检验和单因素方差分析,计数资料采用x^2检验,两变量相关性采用spearman’s相关分析。结果 2011至2015年的手术量逐年递增。手术患者年龄以70～79岁年龄段为主(约占42.4%),而60～69岁年龄段逐年增加(从26.0%上升至29.9%);术前BCVA以<0.1为主(从51.1%下降至44.3%),而在0.3～0.5的比例逐年增加(从7.3%上升至13.8%);术后视力以>0.5为主(约占53.3%),且百分比逐年递增(从45.9%上升至61.9%)。结论 5年来眼科医院内白内障手术量逐年上涨,具有良好的手术质量。白内障患者接受手术的时机可能提前,白内障术后视力逐年改善。
Objective Analyze the information of cataract surgery in 5 years. Methods A retrospective analysis of a total of 98 371 cases of cataract surgery was collected from 16 eye hospitals in Hunan Province from 2011 to 2015. Differerence of measurement date was compared with Wilcoxon signed-ranks or one-way ANOVA. Count date was compared with Chi-square test. The categorical variable was analyzed by spearman' s correlation analysis. Results During 2011 to 2015, the number of operation increased year by year. About 42.4% of patients with cataract surgery between 70-79 years old, while patients increased from 26.0% to 29.9% in the 60-69 age. The main preoperative best visual acuity was 0.1 and below (from 51.1% to 44.3%), while VA in 0.3-0.5 increased (from 7.3% to 13.8%);Approximately 53.3% of postoperative VA was ≥0.5, and increased from 45.9% to 61.9%. Conclusion In recent years, the number of cataract surgery of eye hospitals has been increasing year by year. We supposed that timing of the patient' s surgery might be advanced. And the VA continued to improve after Cataract surgery.
