摘要
文章基于熵权法构建适用于该区域二者耦合关系分析的耦合度模型,对海南省2013～2017年的生态旅游和精准扶贫多指标进行分析,评价近年来生态旅游与精准扶贫的关系及发展趋势,并结合二者的权重值和耦合评价值的变化趋势对其未来耦合关系发展做出评价。结果表明:(1)海南省生态旅游业的发展水平于2013～2017年间基本呈上升趋势,受政策推动力影响及经济发展水平和经济环境的影响,其综合发展水平的变化态势都呈现出不同的变化程度。(2)海南省生态旅游与精准扶贫的耦合度于2013～2017年间,经历了勉强协调到严重失调、再到基本协调,协调作用总体由弱变强,发展态势良好,但整体协调性有待进一步增强。
This study took Hainan Province as an example. Based on the entropy weight method, a coupling degree model suitable for the analysis of the coupling relationship between the two regions was constructed. The ecotourism and precision poverty alleviation indicators from 2013 to 2017 in Hainan Province were adopted. The analysis evaluated the relationship and development trend between ecotourism and precision poverty alleviation in Hainan Province in recent years, and combined the weight value of the two and the change trend of the coupling evaluation value to evaluate the future development of coupling relationship. The results showed that:(1) The development level of ecotourism in Hainan Province was basically rising during 2013-2017, influenced by policy impetus, economic development level and economic environment, and its comprehensive development level. The changing situation showed different degrees of change.(2) The coupling degree between ecotourism and precision poverty alleviation in Hainan Province experienced reluctance to serious imbalance in 2013-2017, and then to basic coordination.The coordination role had generally weakened and strengthened, and the development trend was relatively good,but the overall coordination needed further enhancement.
