摘要
目的:为研究模拟临床各种矫治力作用下牙齿移动的生物力学机制提供研究手段。方法:应用较先进的螺旋CT技术,结合三维有限元专用软件对CT断层影像进行分析处理。结果:建立了首个包含髓腔和矫治器系统的左侧上颌切牙段三维有限元模型,形态逼真,精度高。结论:该模型可用于正畸矫治力作用下的牙周组织的生物力学研究。
Objective:The aim of this study was to establish a three dimensional finite element model of the upper incisors,for investigation of the biomechanism of orthodontic tooth movements subjected to various loadings simulating clinical situations.Methods: The advanced CT scanning and the softwear of the three-dimesional finite element were used to take and analyse the data,and establish the model of maxillary incisors. Results: The first 3-D finite element model of the maxillary incisors,which including orthodontic appliances and pulp cavity,was successfully constructed.Conclusion:The model may be feasible in the analysis of biomechanic study of orthodontic force system.
