摘要
目的 探讨前磨牙在咀嚼功能作用下的受力状态。方法 按照天然前磨牙尖的大小 ,放大 10倍 ,测试的模型用甲基丙烯甲脂 ( 0号造牙粉 )翻制而成。把测试的模型放在激光实时测量系统上进行测量。结果 在前磨牙牙尖部位及牙颈部位有明显的应力集中。牙尖部位受力较大 ,牙颈部位次之。折裂大多从两牙尖的正中裂开 ,折裂方式与临床观察相吻合。并对此进行了相应的分析。结论 当前磨牙和磨耗成两个牙尖的磨牙时 ,功能咀嚼容易折裂。
Objective To introduce the stress distribution of premolar under loading detected by laser real-time holographic method. Methods The experimental model made from methyl-methacrylate (0 resin) and enlarged 10 folds larger of the native premolar teeth was used. Measurement of the experimental model was conducted by laser real-time holographic method. Results The model experiment revealed obvious stress concentration at the top and the neck of the premolar. Most cracks occurred in the central part between the two tops of the tooth, which was concordant with the results of clinical observation. These phenomena were analyzed and some advice on the prevention of cementum exfoliation was given. Conclusion The neck and the top of the premolar are susceptible to crack or fracture under occlusion conditions.
