摘要
目的:观察在真实世界中,院前急救中应用雾化治疗呼吸系统疾病治疗效果。方法:收集24家医院收治呼吸系统疾病在院前进行雾化治疗的病例信息,观察患者基本信息、治疗情况和疗效等。结果:共收集26例呼吸系统疾病患者,所有患者使用布地奈德雾化治疗,54%患者联合应用特布他林雾化治疗。96%患者在院前急救使用雾化治疗后,症状和体征较前改善,未观察到治疗相关不良反应。结论:院前急救应用布地奈德或联合特布他林雾化治疗呼吸系统疾病患者,疗效显著,安全性高。
Objective:To observe the effect on patients with respiratory disease in ambulance with nebulization in real world.Methods:Collected cases information with respiratory disease who received nebulization treatment in ambu-lance in 24 hospitals.Results:26 cases were collected. All received budesonide nebulization treatment and half of them received terbutaline nebulization treatment. 96% of cases were improved in sign and symptom after nebulization treatment and no adverse effect was observed.Conclusion:Nebulization of budesonide or/and terbutaline effectively and safely treat respiratory disease patients in ambulance.
