摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定多潘立酮片的含量及含量均匀度测定方法 ,用Shim -packCLC -ODS柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 ( 4 0∶60∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 88nm ,柱温 :室温。多潘立酮在 5～ 5 0 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 9999,回收率为 99 6%,RSD为 0 61%(n =5 )。方法专属性强、重现性好。
A HPLC method has been established for the determination of domperidone and content uniformity of dompoeridone tablets. The Shim-pack CLC-ODS column is used and detected at 288nm. The mobile phase is methanol-water- glacial acetic acid (40∶60∶1). The linear correlation was good in the range of 5～50μg·ml -1 for domperidone (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 0.61%. The method is highly reproducible and accurate.
