摘要
随着透析技术不断发展和广泛应用,维持性血液透析作为肾脏代替治疗,挽救了终末期肾病患者的生命,同时透析过程中的并发症已成为影响维持性血液透析患者生活质量的主要危险因素。维持性血液透析患者营养不良的发生率高,营养不良与维持性血液透析患者的生活质量以及长期生存时间有着密切的联系。临床上通过对维持性血液透析患者蛋白营养不良进行综合干预,改善了维持性血液透析患者的营养状态,提高透析耐受性,减少并发症。探寻维持性血液透析患者营养不良的相关影响因素对于防治其营养不良的发生、发展有着重要的意义。
With the continuous development and wide application of dialysis technology,maintenance hemodialysis as a renal replacement treatment,saved the life of patients with terminal renal disease,At the same time,complications during dialysis are the main risk factors affecting the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.The incidence of malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients is high.Malnutrition is closely related to the quality of life and long-term survival time of maintenance hemodialysis patients.In clinical practice,comprehensive intervention on protein malnutrition in patients with maintenance hemodialysis can improve the nutritional status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,improve the tolerance of dialysis,and reduce complications.It is of great significance to explore the related influencing factors of malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients to prevent and treat the occurrence and development of malnutrition.
