摘要
随着透析技术不断发展和广泛应用,维持性血液透析患者的生活质量得到提高,蛋白质营养不良在长期透析患者中较常见,是影响该患者生活质量以及长期生存时间的因素之一。防治维持性血液透析患者的营养不良对其远期预后有着重要的意义。本文主要对影响维持性血液透析患者营养不良的相关因素以及防治进行综述,旨在为维持性血液透析患者营养不良的临床防治提供依据。
With the continuous development and wide application of dialysis technology,the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients has improved,and protein malnutrition is more common in long-term dialysis patients,which is one of the factors influencing the quality of life and long-term survival time of the patients.The prevention and treatment of protein malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients is of great significance to their long-term prognosis.This paper reviews the related factors,prevention and treatment of malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and aims to provide the basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
