摘要
如何激发团队成员的创新行为成为理论界和实务界关注的焦点。研究探讨人际信任对成员创新行为的影响机制。通过对来自不同团队311名成员的问卷调查,对人际信任、团队成员交换和成员创新行为之间的关系进行实证分析。实证结果表明:人际信任的两个维度——认知信任和情感信任都对成员创新行为有显著的正向影响;团队成员交换在人际信任和成员创新行为之间起中介作用。
'How to stimulate team members' creative behavior'has become an important subject in theory and practice circles. This study examines the impact mechanism of interpersonal trust on members' creative behavior. Using the data from 311 team members in different teams, we test the relationship among interpersonal trust, team member exchange and creative behavior. The empirical results show that: cognitive trust and emotional trust, the two dimensions of interpersonal trust, have signifi cant positive effect on creative behavior, and the effect is mediated by team member exchange.
