摘要
目的:评价基于微信平台的翻转课堂模式在口腔癌教学中的应用效果。方法:选择华中科技大学同济医学院2014级八年制临床医学专业52名学生为研究对象;对照组采用传统教学模式,分理论课和实验课进行授课,实验组基于微信平台的翻转课堂进行教学。对比分析两组学生理论成绩和临床技能成绩差异,并采用问卷调查学生对教学效果的反馈评价。结果:实验组学生的最终理论考核和临床技能成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,实验组对课堂模式的满意度(84.62%),显著高于对照组。实验组超过70%的学生认为基于微信平台的翻转课堂模式有助于促进师生互动,提高学习主动性、学习兴趣和学习效率。结论:基于微信平台的翻转课堂模式能够更好地调动学生自主学习能力,有效提高口腔癌的教学效果。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of flipped classroom based on WeChat platform in oral cancer teaching.Methods:In this study,52 medical students of eight-year program in Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were recruited and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group was based on the WeChat platform of flipped classroom.Finally,the difference of the examination results between the two groups was compared,and the satisfaction was surveyed by questionnaires.Results:The final scores of theoretical and clinical skill assessment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group respectively(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group to the classroom model was 84.62%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.At the same time,more than 70%of the students in the experimental group believed that flipping classroom model was helpful to the promotion of teacher-student interaction,which improved the learning initiative,interest and efficiency.Conclusion:The flipped classroom based on WeChat platform is effective on students’autonomous learning ability,which can effectively improve the teaching effect of oral cancer.
