摘要
在日益严格的环保及安全要求和越来越难采的矿床条件下,采用充填采矿法开采的矿山日益增多,而制约充填采矿法推广的主要因素就是占充填成本60%以上的胶结剂,因此,胶结剂的优化研究对于矿山充填采矿技术改造和可持续发展至关重要。结合某铜矿现用胶结剂的生产工艺,开展了降低胶结剂成本的试验研究和经济分析,提出了改变胶结剂细度以及优化胶结剂配料组成的对策,研制生产出高强度的新型胶结剂,在保证充填体强度满足采矿方法要求的前提下,每年可降低胶结剂用量1.28万t、节约胶结剂成本292.58万元。
Under the increasingly stringent environmental protection and safety requirements,as well as the increasingly difficult mining conditions,the number of mines using filling mining method is increasing.The main factor restricting the popularization of filling mining method is cementing agent,which accounts for more than 60% of the filling cost.Therefore,the optimization of cementing agent is very important for the technical transformation and sustainable development of filling mining in mines.Combining with the production process of existing cementing agent in a copper mine,the experimental study and economic analysis of reducing the cost of cementing agent were carried out.The countermeasures of changing the fineness of cementing agent and optimizing the composition of cementing agent were put forward.A new cementing agent with high strength was developed and produced.On the premise of ensuring the strength of filling body to meet the requirements of mining methods,the amount of cementing agent could be reduced by 12,800 tons per year and the cost of cement could be saved by 2.926 million RMB per year.
