全尾砂充填料浆低密改性试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Study on Low-density Modification of Filling Slurry with Full Tailings

摘要 为解决深井充填过程中充填倍线较小造成的堵管、爆管等事故,提出在充填料浆中加入低密剂进行料浆改性。通过对4种低密剂的改性效果研究,发现DR表现效果最佳,当充填料浆密度降低20%时,每吨尾砂将增加改性成本约6.8元。通过流变测试分析,发现充填料浆在改性前后均属于Bingham塑性体,低密剂的加入使得料浆屈服应力、塑性粘度分别增加了58.34%和27.93%,这主要是由于料浆中存在气泡使得包裹骨料颗粒的水膜厚度减小和气泡桥接作用增加了颗粒之间、颗粒与水化产物之间的凝聚力造成的。 In order to solve the problems of pipe plugging and explosion caused by small filling times line in the filling process of deep wells,it was proposed to add low-density agent to the filling slurry for modification of filling slurry.Through the research on the modification effects of four low-density agents,it was found that DR had the best performance.When the density of filling slurry was reduced by 20%,the modification cost per ton of tailings would increase by about 6.8 RMB.Through rheological test and analysis,it was found that the filling slurry belonged to Bingham plastic body before and after modification.The addition of low-density agent increased the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the slurry by 58.34% and 27.93%,respectively.This was mainly due to the reduction of the thickness of the water film surrounding the aggregate particles and the bridging effect of the bubbles,which increased the cohesion between the particles and between the particles and the hydration products.
