摘要
由于广东省特殊的地理位置和地形 ,每年的台风季节 ,不可避免地受到台风的威胁。如何采取有效的手段和必要的防范措施 ,以确保广东电网安全运行 ,已经成为一个重要课题。以台风“尤特”对广东电网的侵袭为例 ,针对台风影响电网运行的特征 ,提出在台风期间优化电网运行的建议和进一步提高电网可靠性的方法。这些方法和建议对受台风影响较大的省、市的电网运行都具有普遍的指导意义。
Guangdong Province always suffers from the menace of typhoon due to its special location and terrain. It has become an important issue how to take effective means and precautions to guarantee the safe operation of power system. From the example of 'utor', the suggestions on network optimization in typhoon period are presented along with methods for improving network reliability. These suggestions and methods are meaningful to operation of network in areas that are affected by typhoon.
