摘要
针对目前预案管理中存在的分散管理、查询修改不易、共享性差等问题,采用模型–视图–控制器设计模式、组件技术、框架技术、基于角色的访问控制等技术,设计开发了基于Web的电网线路和变电站预案管理系统。以工作流的方式实现了预案的编制、审核和审批。实际应用表明,该系统结构合理,功能齐全,能够有效地提高电网调度的工作效率和预案的管理水平。
To meliorate the defects existing in present beforehand case management such as decentralized management, not easy to query and modify and poor information sharing, a Web based beforehand case management system for transmission lines and substations, in which the model-view-controller design mode, component technology, framework technology and role based access control technology are adopted, is designed and developed. The drafting, examining, verifying and approving of beforehand cases are implemented in the form of workflow. Practical applications show that the architecture of the presented beforehand case management system is reasonable and the functions of this system are complete, so by use of the presented system the working efficiency of power system dispatching and management level of beforehand cases can be effectively improved.
