基于无线网络的带电作业过程全方位安全监控方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前带电作业的实时操作指导和安全风险管控还存在一定的困难。为此,文中提出采用无线多跳自组网络,建立杆塔上作业人员和地面指挥人员之间的实时多点语音通信,从而实现对带电作业的实时指导与全程监控。系统采用无线多跳自组网音视频传输技术为带电作业提供多路视频、语音信号,实现输电线路带电作业全过程空中无死角监控。系统通过建立覆盖带电作业现场的无线网络连接,可应用于各种日常巡检及应急抢修作业中,将大幅提高作业效率,增强作业安全规范性,从而保证电网可靠运行,具有重要的经济、社会效益。 At present,there are still some difficulties in real-time operation guidance and safety risk management of live working.To this end,the paper proposes to use the wireless multi-hop ad hoc network to establish real-time multi-point voice communication between the operator on the tower and the ground command personnel,so as to realize real-time guidance and full-process monitoring of live working.The system adopts wireless multi-hop self-organizing network audio and video transmission technology to provide multiple channels of video and voice signals for live working,and realizes no dead angle monitoring in the whole process of live working of transmission lines.The system establishes a wireless network connection covering the live working site,which can be applied to various daily inspections and emergency repair operations,which will greatly improve the operation efficiency and enhance the safety and standardization of the operation,thereby ensuring the reliable operation of the power grid and having important economic and social benefits.
