摘要 为了不影响居民的正常用电,在进行配网检修时基本采取带电作业的方式,但带电作业时常伴有一定的危险,因此提出10 kV配网旁路带电作业风险与预防控制分析。首先在作业前进行风险评估,给带电事故的风险概率进行赋值,然后基于具体风险评估结果制定风险预防方案。通过实验证明该预防控制方法可提升作业的安全性。 In order not to affect the normal electricity consumption of residents,live line operation is generally adopted during the maintenance of the distribution network.However,live line operation is often accompanied by certain dangers.Therefore,the risk and prevention and control analysis of live line operation of 10 kV distribution network bypass is proposed.Firstly,risk assessment is carried out before operation,and the risk probability of electric accidents is assigned.Then,risk prevention schemes are formulated based on the specific risk assessment results.The experiment proves that the prevention and control method can improve the safety of operation.
