摘要
采用室内渗透试验研究了水玻璃-氯化钙固化砂土渗透系数的变化规律。试验选择了5种不同硅酸钠与氯化钙质量比、3个养护天数和2种不同硅酸钠浓度。研究表明:在相同养护天数和硅酸钠浓度的条件下,固化砂土的渗透系数随着硅酸钠与氯化钙质量比的增大而呈现出一种开口朝上的抛物线的规律,且硅酸钠与氯化钙质量比为2∶1时固化砂土的渗透系数最小;在相同硅酸钠与氯化钙质量比和硅酸钠浓度的条件下,固化砂土的渗透系数随养护天数的增大而减小;在相同硅酸钠与氯化钙质量比和养护天数的条件下,固化砂土的渗透系数随硅酸钠浓度增大而减小,且都远远小于标准砂的渗透系数,说明化学加固对于砂土渗透系数的改善是比较显著的。
The variation law of permeability coefficient of sodium silicate cured sand was studied by means of laboratory experiments. 5 kinds of sodium silicate and calcium chloride mass ratio, 2 kinds of sodium silicate concentration and 3 kinds of curing days were choosed.Research shows:At the same curing days and sodium silicate concentration conditions, with the increase of the mass ratio of sodium silicate and calcium chloride, the permeability coefficient of the solidified sand presents the law of a parabola with an upward opening,and the permeability coefficient of solidified sand is the minimum when the mass ratio of sodium silicate and calcium chloride is 2:1;Under the condition of the same mass ratio of sodium silicate and calcium chloride and sodium silicate concentration, the permeability coefficient of the solidified sand decreases with the increase of curing days;Under the condition of the same mass ratio of sodium silicate and calcium chloride and the number of days of curing, the permeability coefficient of the solidified sand decreased with the increase of the concentration of sodium silicate,and it is far less than that of standard sand, which shows that the chemical reinforcement is more significant for the improvement of sand permeability coefficient.
