摘要
近几年来,我国教育在不断的发展与完善,提出了教育改革的新理念,教育改革最主要的是强调因材施教,注重培养学生的个性化。思想政治教育作为大学必修的一门课程,在教学的过程中更加需要培养学生的个性化。本文旨在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,拟以国内高校大学生思想政治教育的成功经验为参考,积极探索大学生思想政治教育个性化培养模式构建的孕育与实践。
In recent years, China's education in the continuous development and improvement, put forward the new idea of the education reform, the education reform is the emphasis on teaching, cultivate students' individuality. University Ideological and political education as a compulsory course in the teaching process, students need to develop more personalized. Pertinence and effectiveness of the purpose of this paper is to strengthen and improve ideological and political education, intends to successful experience of College Students Ideological and political education at home as a reference, and actively explore the development and practice of training mode construction of Ideological and political education of college students' personality.
