摘要
深入探究大学生思想政治教育人性化培养途径,对增强大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性具有重要意义。作为高等教育教学中的一门必修课,思想政治教育应重视个性化的培养模式,注重学生个性发展,切实做到因材施教。以先进科学的教育理念为基础,揭示个性化培养的内涵和意义,提出构建大学生思想政治教育个性化培养模式的有效途径。
Probe into the individualized cultivation of college students'ideological and political education,which is of great significance to enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education work.As a compulsory course in the teaching of higher education,ideological and political education should attach importance to the individualized cultivation mode,pay attention to the development of students'individuality,and make sure to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Based on the advanced scientific education idea,the paper reveals the connotation and significance of individualized cultivation,and puts forward the effective way to construct the individualized cultivation mode of ideological and political education for college students.
