摘要
随着现代社会经济发展与产业结构的调整,连锁行业企业发展迅猛,对高职院校连锁经营管理专业的人才培养和专业建设提出了新的要求,探索实施"教学做"一体化教学模式显得十分迫切。本文以工作过程为出发点,阐述"教学做"一体化的教学理念,从课程的教学理念、教学内容和教学模式的开发角度对优质核心课程"连锁门店运营管理实务"的开发进行了探索,从而对连锁经营管理专业"教学做"一体化教学模式改革实践起到一定的借鉴意义。
With the adjustment of modern social and economic development and industrial structure, chain industry rapid development of enterprises, vocational colleges chain management professional personnel training and professional development put forward new demands, explore the implementation of 'teaching to do' integrated teaching model looks very urgent.In this paper, the work process as a starting point to explain 'teaching to do,' the integration of teaching philosophy, teaching philosophy from the perspective of the development of curriculum, teaching content and teaching model for high-quality core curriculum 'chain store operations management practices' development were explored, thereby for chain management professional, 'Teaching,' the practice of integrated teaching model reform played a certain significance.
