摘要
理论性和实践性都很强的"仪器分析"课程,是高职高专类食品营养与检测专业的一门核心课程。本文从合理安排教学内容、优化教学方法、加强实践教学和改革课程考核方式等方面对"仪器分析"课程的教学改革进行了初步的探讨。
Both theoretical and practical strong"instrumental analysis"course is vocational food nutrition and detection of a professional core curriculum. From the reasonable arrangement of teaching content, teaching methods, curriculum reform to strengthen the practice of teaching and assessment methods and other aspects of"instrumental analysis"teaching reform con-ducted a preliminary study.
