摘要
针对山地环境的复杂性和特殊性,运用Depthmap、GIS等技术手段分别建立了基于时间和人口的避难场所可达性评价模型,并根据评分将研究区划分为安全、低风险、中风险、高风险区域。根据该评价结果及其原因的分析,从避难场所的布局、规模、道路结构以及标识性方面进行了策略探讨,为优化避难场所的空间布局提供依据。
Focusing on the complexity and particularity of mountainous environment, this paper establishes an evaluation model which based on the accessibility of time and population density. According to the score with technological means of space syntax and GIS, the study area is divided into security, low risk, moderate risk, high risk zone. Then on the basis of analysis results and the reasons, the paper proposes strategies in the distribution and scale of shelters, road structure and identification, and also provides an important support for the optimization spatial distribution of shelters.
