摘要
通过分析绿色建筑及建筑群能耗监测平台的构建、建筑能耗的分项计量、电力、热力、燃气等负荷预测模型的构建、绿色建筑设备综合系统运行与优化等,提出如何与系统设计相结合,如何实现系统设计智能化的监测、控制等策略。同时从绿色建筑全寿命周期的角度出发,依据城市发展目标和绿色建筑的设计指标,优化系统运行参数和控制方法,通过绿色建筑设备综合系统调试技术,提升绿色建筑的运营效率和水平,最大限度地提高能源利用率,可达到全面节能降耗的目的。
This paper analyzes four aspects: the construction of green buildings, the component of the building energy consumption, a load forecasting model about electricity heat and gas, the green construction equipment operation and optimization. This paper finds the methods about how to combine with the system design, and how to achieve the system design of intelligent monitoring. Based urban development goals and green building design specifications, the system operating parameters and control methods will be optimized. Through an integrated system debugging techniques of green construction equipment, the purpose of a comprehensive energy saving can be achieved.
