摘要
我国绿色建筑的发展亟需相关运营管理标准的支持。在对国内外已有绿色建筑相关标准梳理基础上,针对我国绿色建筑运营阶段存在的问题,探讨绿色建筑运营管理标准的构建原则和方法,并进行框架设计,以期为标准的编制提供理论依据,促进绿色建筑运营管理规范化发展。
In the actual development of green building in our country,we lack standards and specifications for green building operations. In this paper,summarizes the existing domestic and international green building standards,for practical problem of the existence of the operational phase of green building,discusses the principles and methods of constructing green building standards system operations management,designs framework of green building operations management standards. With a view to provide theoretical basis of relevant standards,and promote the standardization of the development of green building operations management.
