摘要
严寒地区村镇绿色建筑体系数据库是以村镇建筑基本信息为基础,内置严寒地区村镇绿色建筑评价标准与实施导则关键技术,为绿色建筑设计与建设提供指导和帮助。本研究结合严寒地区村镇绿色化发展的实际需求,探讨严寒地区村镇绿色建筑体系数据库的基本框架、数据类型、主体功能与拓展应用,以期为绿色建筑标准化设计提供依据,促进绿色建筑使用管理规范化发展,为全寿命周期绿色建筑项目提供数据分析、决策支持等服务。
Based on the basic information of towns＇ and villages＇ buildings in severe cold zones,a green building system database,as well as key technologies of green building evaluation standards and implementation guidelines of towns and villages in severe cold zones,is built to provide guidance and assistance for green building design and construction. Based upon the actual needs of the towns and villages in severe cold zones for green development,this study discusses the basic framework,data types,main functions and extended applications of the green building system database for towns and villages in severe cold zones,in order to provide a basis for standard green building design, and promote the standardized development of green building operation and management.Furthermore,the database can provide services,including data analysis,decision support,for total-life-cycle green building projects.
